Important Notice
Kindly read every point carefully. Registration confirms that you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.
- 1) Registration of a player does not guarantee participation in the league. This is simply an indication of your availability and interest in playing Tennis Ball Cricket.
- 2) This league is for all cricket players & enthusiasts from all over the country.
- 3) All participating players must be 18 years old and above.
- 4) Unique Format
- T10 Format.
- Squad Composition – 12 Players (1 Star Captain, 2 MVP Actors & 9 Open Players).
- Team Composition – 10 Players (1 Actor Captain, 2 MVP Actors & 7 Open Players).
- Rotation Policy ensures all players get an opportunity to play.
- 5) To be considered for selection, players must attend the trials. Applicants will be notified via Email, Telephone, SMS or WhatsApp. Trial dates will also be announced on ASTCL's official social media handles.
- 6) It is mandatory for every participant to follow ASTCL's official instagram handle as well as other social media handles to stay updated .
- 7) Registration Fee (₹1500/- Inclusive of GST)The registration fee is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of whether the participant is selected or not.
The participant further understands, accepts, and irrevocably undertakes that non - selection shall not give rise to any claim , refund demand , dispute , compensation and allegations of wrongdoing against GS sports , its employees , represntetaives , management , ownership , affiliates , or any person associated with the League.
The participant acknowledges and agrees that the amount paid by him is towards the entertainment , experience , registration , access , and services provided by GS Sports in relation to the League , and does not gurantee selection in any franchise. - 8) In the event that the participant is not selected in any franchise , the participant shall be provided with the 6 day macth pass for the league if he requests for the same on a first come first serve basis.
- 9) The selection of participants shall be based on their overall cricketing skill , performance , sustability as assessed during the trails. The final decision regarding selection shall rest solely with the coaches. Such decision shall be final , binding and not open to challenge by any participant.
- 10) It is the player's responsbility to cover all travel and accomadation expenses for the trials. There will be no remuneration for player's participating in the trials as there is a strict no refund policy is applicable for the registration fees paid by the participant towards the league.
- 11) The League shall not be responsible for any injury or illness suffered by a player. Each player is advised to have their own insurance.
- 12) The League shall not be liable to provide any justification for cancellation, postponement or disruption caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control of the League.
- 13) The League holds the rights to change the date's of the trials and the league.
- 14) The player shall be resposnsible for disclosing to the league , in writing , any existing or underlying medical condition , injury , illness , or health concern that may affect his participation in the League. Failure to disclose any such medical condition , injury , illness , or health concern may result in immediate disqualification , suspension or permanent ban from participating in the league , at the sole discretion of the League management.
- 15) The player further acknowledges and undertakes that he is participating in the league volunatarily and at his own risk. The player agress to keep the League , GS Sports , its officials , employees , representatives , organisers , partners and affiliates fully indemnified and harmless against any claims and liabilities , losses , damages and costs or consequences arising from any medical emergency , injury , illness , or health related issue occuring during the course of the league.
- 16) Player Deliverables (If Selected in the DRAFT):
- Availability for all match days and team practice sessions.
- Participation in promotional posts and reels with the League and Franchises as required.
- Wear the kits provided by the franchises and follow the rules laid down by the franchise for which he is playing.
- 17) If the slected Player fails to attend the practice sessions or is not present during the league dates, he will be replaced & will not be eligible to participate in future All Stars Tennis Ball Cricket League Seasons.
- 18) Once a Player is selected into a franchise through the draft process - the travel, boarding , lodging , kitting as well as remuneration of a total of Rs 25,000/- (subject to deduction based on applicable taxation) will be taken care of by the Franchise and will sign the Letter of Confirmation (LOC) & No Objection Certificate (NOC) respective to the Terms and Conditions as determined by the franchise.
